Conference Registration

  • We are pleased to offer complimentary conference participant registration to up to two participants per credit union.
  • Additional conference participant registration is $475 per participant.
  • Guest registration is $250 per guest (complimentary registration not applicable).
  • LEAD registration is $275 per person.
  • Registered participants and guests will receive a name badge that is required to enter all events & meals on Thursday & Friday.
  • Accommodations: We aim to make this conference enjoyable for all attendees. Please inform our Events Team if you need any accommodations, such as dietary restrictions, mobility assistance, or wheelchair access.
  • Cancellations: Must be received more than 14 days before the event to be eligible for a refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received 14 days or less before the event are not eligible for a refund, as catering and venue commitments have already been finalized.
    Refunds are not available for no-shows. However, you’re welcome to send a colleague in your place at no additional cost—just let us know in advance. To cancel, please email events@yourleague.org

What’s included in registration:

  • Conference participant registration includes all events on Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday as outlined on the agenda. (Golf, Executive Connect, and LEAD not included.)
  • Guest registration includes the Wednesday Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall, Thursday continental breakfast, break, & lunch, and Friday breakfast & closing session.
  • LEAD participant registration includes all events on Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday as outlined on the agenda, as well as three special sessions. (Golf and Executive Connect not included.)

Pre-Conference Events:

  • Elwyn Pope Memorial Golf Tournament - $225 per golfer.
  • Credit Union Executive Connect (for CU executive staff members) - $125 per person.
  • The conference cancellation policy also applies to all à la carte event registrations.

Registration Confirmation​

After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Please note that confirmation emails are sent from tnleague@buytickets.at. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Please note that the registration fees will appear as $0 on the checkout screen and in the registration confirmation emails. We will invoice your credit union for applicable fees.
