GWLN Self Defense Class (KNX)

Join the Global Women’s Leadership Network for a free, hands-on self-defense workshop designed to build confidence, awareness, and practical safety skills.

Whether you're completely new to self-defense or looking to refresh your knowledge, you'll learn actionable techniques from experienced instructors in a supportive environment.

• Cost: FREE

We are also hosting a drive to provide hygiene kits to the local Salvation Army. These kits provide an important measure of dignity to new clients entering transitional housing programs at the Salvation Army of Knoxville. Please consider bringing new personal care products to donate, such as:

• Toothbrushes & toothpaste
• Deodorant
• Soap & body wash
